By visiting our site and/or purchasing handcrafted goods from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer across networks in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Section 5 – Handcrafted Artisanal Products

Certain products are available exclusively online through the website. All our candles and soaps are handcrafted in small batches using 100% natural beeswax, organic plant oils, and pure steam-distilled essential oils:

• Natural Variations: Because our goods are artisan-made from organic raw materials, subtle variations in color, texture, natural beeswax scent, and botanical swirl patterns are natural characteristics of clean craftsmanship.
• Wood Wick Burning: Safe usage requires following our published Candle Care Guide, including trimming charred wicks before lighting and avoiding burns exceeding 4 consecutive hours.
• Allergy & Topical Care: Although our soaps are free of synthetic detergents and parabens, they contain natural botanical extracts and pure essential oils. Customers with specific skin sensitivities or allergies should review our full Ingredient Transparency page and perform a patch test.

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to external websites that are not affiliated with us. If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (e.g., contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, product reviews, proposals, or other materials (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

Section 9 – Mobile / SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS marketing or order delivery updates from FtaaE, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional messages at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP in reply to any mobile message.

In no case shall FtaaE, our founders, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
